In this fashion and advertising shot Elfie Semotan presents an eyewear design by Viennaline. She poses together with a leopard for the innovative label, which at the time was known mainly for its special, sometimes extravagant designs.
During the 1960s and 70s Serge Kirchhofer aka Udo Proksch is the creative director and chief designer of the brand. The enfant terrible of the Viennese society, Demel owner and operator of the legendary Club 45, designs innovative and extravagant eyewear under the synonym Serge Kirchhofer for Viennaline, Carrera or Porsche Design, but also makes a reputation as a jewelry designer.
