Angelo Pitrone (*1955)

The Italian photographer Angelo Pitrone is mainly dedicated to Sicilian landscapes, which he often juxtaposes with the literary works of Pirandello, Sciascia and Tomasi di Lampedusa as a visual commentary. He also deals with problems of climate change and migration in reportages. He teaches the history and technique of photography at the University of Palermo.
