William Klein's first feature-length film was a satirical art house movie spoofing the fashion world and its excesses. It stars Dorothy McGowan as supermodel Polly Maggoo being followed by a French television crew. The photograph depicts her during the opening scene, featuring a fashion show with haute-couture made from sheet metal.
